Well, today is day #2. I have done very well today and I am super please with myself! :) I know that sounds conceited, but I really am proud. And I know that you're not suppose to be proud, but... Ok, we'll just leave it at that! Hehe

Breakfast: 180 cals/3 pts
Lunch: 416 cals/9 pts
Dinner: 330 cals/6 pts
Snacks: 180 cals/3 pts
Drinks: 0 cals/0 pts (water & White Grape Diet Rite)
Totals: 1106 cals/21 pts
I am sort of following the diet plan featured
here, but have put my own twist on it. So, I guess you could say that I am following the diet plan while doing my own sort of WW. No, I haven't gone to any meetings and no, I am not a WW member, but I am however counting my own points according to the WW calculator.

here or click the link over on the sidebar, as I have added a link. I will try an update everyday, but as some of you may know I may get busy and not have the time to update it. Although, if I don't update on Fitday that doesn't mean that I am not keeping track of my intake w/ a pen and paper. Because, believe me...I do keep track. I have a habit of writing everything down, making lists and then remaking them. It's kind of compulsive. *sigh* I'm wierd. I know.
I have a question. Can anyone tell me if there is a good website or program that I can go to/get to create charts and graphs of my weight loss? I would like to start charting my weight loss. I have yet to find anything that will work. Possibly I am looking in the wrong places. lol So, thanks to anyone who can give a little insight! :) Yall are such great pals!
