Today's weigh-in looks like what the last few weeks have looked like. This week I lost only another 0.6 pound, but that's ok! Small losses are ok! :) I'm just glad that it was negative and not positive.
Lately all I have been doing is watching my food intake and I've lost a little here and there. But, I'm thinking about trying the
South Beach Diet. I tried the
Atkins Diet in the past, but dropped out after a month or so. I lost about 18 pounds or so my dial scale said. But, that dial scale was also weighing me 20 lighter than my digital scale, so I don't really count that time that I was only the Atkins anymore.
Anywhoo -- I think that SB will be better because I will actually be able to eat carbs. And, when I say carbs -- I'm talking about bread, potatoes, rice, pasta, etc.
I'm such a diet jumper. Nothing seems to be working for me. Maybe I just can't lose weight...That can happen right? Right? Please, someone tell me that I'm not crazy!!!!!
Oh, and it's been snowing for the past 2 days. I think we've gotten more snow in the past 2 days than we got in January and February...And, this is freaking INDIANA nonetheless! INDIANA!
Well, I must go do my hair...I have to go to work soon. Hope everyone is doing well with their dieting lifestyles. :) I love all of you! ~Emzi
