Day #115b
Wow. This is my second post today. I must be butter because I'm on a roll! ;) Ahaha, corney, I know. I'm just good like that.

I got my gym time in today. I accomplished 2.25 miles tonight -- 0.5 on Elliptical and 1.75 on Tredmill. I'm happy with that. I really hope that all of this working out pays off in the end. lol I'm beat! I mean, when my head hits the pillow at night I'm out cold within minutes. It's pathetic really. Also, I'm hoping to report a weight loss come Monday! I'll also keep you posted on Hubba-loo's weight! He's doing amazing I might add! :)

So, I've been having trouble getting in enough calories everday. Take today for instance...I injested 1,049 calories, but according to SparkPeople my recommended intake should be at a minimum of 1,570 calories! If my math is correct I still need to eat 521 more calories. *sigh* What to do? lol

Anywhoo -- I have to be up early. I'm happy to say that I have to fork over $200 to the BMV tomorrow...Stupid license plates! BAH!

Day #115
The Hubba-loo and I went and worked out for like an hour and a half tonight. I think I did pretty good. I burned a total of 418 calories between the rowing machine, various weight machines, tredmill(~50 min = 2 miles -- nice walking speed. I'll gradually move it up as I advance capabilities.) and elliptical(15 min = 0.5 mile). Yes, 2.5 miles. I'm stoked. Totally stoked!

Speaking of the elliptical...I managed to push myself and I went for a solid 15 minutes without stopping maintaining between 39-42 RPM. Tomorrow I'm pushing for 20 minutes non-stop.

Well, I'm tired, so I'm off to bed. Goodnight all!

Day #114
Whew! I'm beat! I just got home from working out about 30 minutes ago. Hub and I worked out last night and tonight each for about an hour. I got in a little bit of the elliptical (Emily + Elliptical = not-so-friendly-exercising-technique), rowing machine and did 1.19 miles on the tredmill in 30 minutes. I know I could be doing a lot better than that and eventually I will. But for now, 1.19 miles in 30 minutes is awesome to me! Sure beats not working out at all...Oh, and I'm not sure how accurate the calorie count thing on the tredmill was, but it said I burned 180 calories.

So, what did I do? Yeah, I came home and had a snack. Cucumbers w/ salt and pepper. A whole 42 calories worth. Whoa. I think I just blew my diet. Hahaha.

Speaking of calories. I've been doing very well lately w/ my caloric intake. I am surprised to say that I am proud of myself. Me. Proud. Of. Myself. Yes! Today's caloric intake 1,322! Woot.

Well, I do believe this is all. I'm all tuckered out, so I think I'm going to head on to bed. I do have to be up at 8.30 tomorrow morning so that I can be at work by 10a....BAH! I don't want to go to work tomorrow!

Day #112/Weigh-In #16

Alright, so I guess some of that walking has paid off. This morning I weighed in at 272.6! :) That's 2.8 lb down from last week which puts me where I was about 2 weeks ago! I'm losing and gaining the same weight. I wish I could just get over that part of this whole thing. But, I'm happy w/ the loss that I was blessed with.

So, my hubba-loo called me a little bit ago to let me know that his supervisor has approved me to use the company gym facility! :) YAY! So, now I get to work out for free! FREE, I tell you! ^.^ I'll probably get on the treadmill tonight and walk for a bit. I have to start out slow because my fat body isn't used to the exercise. Duh, right? Like I even had to say anything. LOL So, I really get to work out now! So, excited here. You have no idea! It's perfect because we can't afford a gym membership. God is good.

La la la. Ok, I can't concentrate on this anymore! I HAVE to go load in my new expansion for the Sims 2! I just bought the Family Fun Stuff expansion! I'm a SIM 2-aholic! Yes, I am.

PS I can totally hear the ice cream truck! It's playing its little jingle and all I can think about are the hot summer days of chasing the ice cream truck down the street! Those were the days! :) Hehe

Day #111
It's day number one-hundred and eleven. 111. Should I make a wish? You know, kind of like it's 11:11 am/pm -- make a wish. I suppose that's sort of superstitious like finding a penny heads up. Although, if I were to wish for anything I would wish for a weight loss tomorrow morning when I step on the scale. Even a tiny loss would be sufficient.

Are you digging the new layout? :) I think it's wonderful and I love the color green. I wear Green proudly everyday. Ahaha, corney, I know. Shoot me!

As I have said before, my husband has taken an interest in losing some of his extra baggage. This week we've planned out our meals and meticulously counted each and every calorie. I've been eating around 1,400 calories a day. We have even taken up walking and have set a daily goal of taking at least a 30 minute walk. There is a nice sub-division with out-of-this-world gorgeous homes next to our apartment complex and we enjoy walking in that neighborhood. At least it's some sort of exercise right?

With that said...Here comes the real stumper. So, like I said before, I've been extremely conscious of my intake and I've been walking, but yet I'm still gaining weight. This morning I was at 274 even though yesterday I was at 272.4 -- I am so confused and I'm starting to get super frustrated. That's why maybe a wish would do some good. So, if you could, send over some positive vibes in my direction. I sure will need them tomorrow morning.

Day #105/Weigh-In #15
I'm a prime example of having no self-control. I weighed in at 275.4 this morning. I am not proud of this. I'm not going to blame the gain on the holiday eating (in which it probably was) or being bloated (since I was on my period) or anything else. I'm failing miserably.

This morning I weighed in at 273.6...Maybe I was just bloated. Although, I am still up from last week.

Day #98/Weigh-In #14
Well, I come bearing better news of weightloss this week! I'm down another 1.2 pounds! :) That's excellent in my opinion. Now that it's nice outside, I'm looking forward to going for walks. I love walking. *sigh* I love spring and summer!

Anywhoo -- My husband has been watching what he's been eating and I suppose you could say that he's sort of dieting too. This past week he lost 3 pounds! I am so proud of him. He's one of those who don't like veggies and he's super picky! So, this could be an interesting ride. lol :)

Day#91/Weigh-In #13
I know I said that I would try to update more often, but sometimes I just can't find the right words. Sometimes I go days or weeks without updating my everyday journal...I'm just boring. Plain old boring...So, with that said and without further ado, the weigh-in.

273.8 -- I lost 1/2 a pounds since last week. Yay-rah. Yippey.
