Here's a run down of today's totals:

Calories: 1605
Fat: 100 (Wow! That's a lot...Don't you think??)
Carbs: 31
Fiber: 9 (I should probably eat more fiber huh?)
Protein: 137
Net Carbs: 22

I agree w/ ya Lady Atkins and Cindy! My cals were really low yesterday but today looks to be better, but I'm thinking a little bit too high...maybe? Is there really a happy medium w/ calories and low carb? Seems to me that I'm either too high or too low.

I did really well today & I am proud. Two flawless days down & hopefully a whole bunch more to come! :)

Thanks for everyone's support! I really appreciate it! :)

My 2 cents....don't worry about the fat. Your protein intake is great, but could be a bit high. BUT, I'd rather see protein "too high" (or fat) than carbs!!!

I guess your fiber should be higher, but personally, I think it's more important that everyting is moving properly, and if it is, don't worry.

At 259-pounds, 1600-calories isn't enough. Shoot for at least 2,000, your basal metabolic rates are atleast 1950-2100.

Your carbs look good IF you are getting at least half of them from non-starchy vegetables...if not, tweak so most of your carbohydrate is from non-starchy vegetables!

Protein is eat to satiety - if that's 137g, that's fine.

Since your calories are too low, your option to increase is fat - maybe avocado? heavy whipped cream?

I'm with Cindy and annonymous. Should for more fiber and more calories. 1600 is a level for me, and I'm about 150 lbs.!

I think programs like SparkPeople.com and fitday.com give you an idea of your metabolic rate and what your caloric intake should be.
